Lemon Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 small cans tuna packed in oil- 1 16 oz. can white beans, rinsed and drained- 1/2 small red onion, diced- 1/2 yellow pepper, diced- 1/2 cucumber, diced- handful of kalamata olives, diced- about 1/4 cup capers- juice of 1 small lemon + zest- generous shake of McCormick's Lemon Pepper seasoning- about a teaspoon of minced garlic
Directions
Combine ingredients, draining some oil from tuna or adding additional oil for desired wetness.

* Feta and diced tomato are two nice additions, if you're looking to add a Greek touch to the dish.
