1 Cup Spinach1 Cup Mixed Berries, I try to use fresh mix of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries, when i run out I use the frozen mix i keep in the freezer.1/2 cup of water
Place the spinach in the blender first, add the fruit and then the water on the top, start the blender on a pulse to start the blending of the spinach. Once it has worked through the spinach increase speed until completely blended, texture as desired, but I blend mine really well, no chunks I leave the house in the morning with it in a travel mug and drink on my way to work.
This is for one person, I double everything store in the fridge and my husband I both get about 2 drinks from it
