Upside Down Apple/Pear Cake

Ingredients:Pecans, 1 cup, halves Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspCooking Pears or Apples, fresh, 5 cup slicesButter, unsalted, .25 stickCake Mix -Pillsbury Reduce Sugar Classic Yellow Water, tap, 1 cup*Canola Oil 1/3 cupEgg, fresh, 3 medium
Directions
Melt butter in nonstick over safe skillet.
Add fruit, cinnamon and nuts.
Mix Cake according to package directions and spoon over fruit mixture.
Bake 35 minutes @ 325
Loosen edges and flip cake over unto serving platter
Make 18 servings
