Ingredients
Prepare Day Before Serving!1/2 Cup Bur'ghul Wheat2 Tsp Salt1/4 Tsp Black Pepper1/4 Tsp Mixed Spices5 Cups Parsley Finely Chopped2 Tsp Mint, Dried or 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint3 Large Ripe Tomatoes, Finely Chopped1/2 Cucumber, Finely Chopped (optional)1/4 Cup Lemon Juice -to your taste1/4 Cup Olive Oil- to your taste
Directions
Wash and drain bur'ghul wheat and make sure to squeeze out excessive water with cupped hands.
Finely chop all vegetables, add seasonings and wheat. Season with lemon and oil to taste.

Mixed Spices:
Equal Portions of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger
or
Cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
