Moist Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast1 Finely Grated Fresh Apple (Medium size)1 tbsp. Finely Chopped Scallions1 tbsp. Major Grey's Chutney1 tsp. Finely chopped Celery1 tsp. Minced Garlic1/2 tsp. Ground Sage1/2 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Black Pepper1/2 tsp. Thyme1 tbsp. Dried Parsley
Directions
Makes 4, 4 oz. burgers

1. Using cooking spray, sautee apple, celery, and garlic until tender. Allow to cool.

2. In a bowl, Mix all ingredients then pat into burgers. Cover and refrigerate for two hours to allow flavors to meld.

3. Cook as desired for approximately 15 minutes.
