German pancakes

  • Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
3 eggs1/4 C sugar1/2 C flour'1/2 C milk ( I used vit. D milk because that's all I had, use skim for lower calorie and fat pancakes)
Directions
Beat together eggs and sugar until smooth. Add flour and milk. Beat until smooth.

Heat skillet. Spray with cooking spray. Pour batter into skillet. When bubbles form along the edges the pancakes are ready to flip. They don't take much time on the reverse. Repeat for each pancake.

Makes 8 medium pancakes.
