Butternut Squash Curry

Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash cubed2 meduium onions8 closves garlic2 inch peice ginger minced3 oz tomato paste3 cups water2 T. Fennel seeds2 T mustard seeds1 t. Corriander
Directions
heat oil and cook spices till fragrent. Puree onions and garlci and add to spices. Cook till carmalized about 8 minutes. add ginger and tomato paste. Cook about 2 more minutes. Add water and squash. Cook till soft. Mash about 1/3 and add back to stew.
