Salmon Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 C. Oil1 T. Garlic Powder1/2 t. Pepper1/3 C. Rye Whiskey or Bourbon4 T. Soy Sauce1 t. Salt1-1/2 T. Brown Sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Marinade filleted fish for 2 or more hours in the refrigerator. BB! with skin down on hot BBQ for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
