Cornbread muffins

Ingredients
2 cups plain white enriched corn meal1 egg beaten1 1/3 cup fat free milk1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 Tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*. Place liners into muffin pan. Spray liners with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter into muffin pan. Bake at 450* for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
