Open_Faced Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
8 ozs Lean boneless beef sirloin steak.75 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms.25 cup thinly sliced onion, separted into rings.25 teaspoon minced garlic1.5 tbsp low sodium Worcestershire Sauce1.5 teaspoon cornstarchan eighth of a tsp dried basilan eighth of a tsp pepperdash of dry mustard.50 cup of water
Directions
Trim fat from steak, Slice steak diagonally across grain into eighth inch wide strips. Coat nonstick skillet with a little cooking oil. Place over medium heatuntil hot. Add steak; cook 3 minutes or until browned. Drain and pat pan dry. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
Coat skillet the cooking oil. Add mushrooms,onions, and garlic; saute until tender. Combine Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring until smooth. Stir in water and the other ingredietes. Add water mixture to mushroom mixture, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture in thickened. Add steak, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve over your choose of bread. Yeilds 2 servings.
