Ingredients
1 1/4 cups steel cut oats1 tsp baking powder1/4 cup apple sauce
Directions
Mix oats and baking powder. Add apple sauce. Roll or pat into thin layer. Cut into 12 rounds. Transfer rounds onto an ungreased baking sheet with a spatula. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes.

Taste great plain or with cheese slice or spread with a little cream cheese or preserves.
