Quinoa Turkey Meatloaf

1/4 cup quinoa1/2 cup water1 T. olive oilMedium onion chopped4 cloves garlic20 oz. ground turkey1/2 6 oz can tomato paste1 T siracha2 T worcestershire sauce1 egg1.5 t salt1 t black pepper2 T brown sugar
saute onions in oil. Add garlic and cook for another min. Mix all ingredients together. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 mins. Cool for 10 mins before searving.
