Sugar free banana nut bread

Ingredients
4 Bananas mashed2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Cup Applesauce(all natural unsweetened)1/2 Cup Apple Juice(unsweetened)1 cup low fat buttermilk1 Cup Steel Cut Oats1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour3 egg whites1 tsp Soda1 tsp Salt1 tsp Vanilla1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients & pour into 9X13 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 45 mins or until edges are brown & toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 16 equal pieces. This is not as sweet as your normal banana nut bread, but as with all fruit breads it will get sweeter & more moist over time. 1/4 cup of Splenda or Truvia will add sweetness if you need it or plan to eat it right out of the oven.
