Appetite for Reduction's Butternut Squash & Apple Soup

Saute onion in oil.Add ginger, garlic and spices and saute some more. Add everything but the lime juice. Bring to boil and then simmer until the squash and apple are cooked thoroughly. Use an immersion blender (or a regular blender) to puree at least half of the soup.Serve. Garnish with lime juice and more red pepper flakes.
