Ingredients
6 cups quick cooking oatmeal5 tsp baking powder2 tsp salt1.5 tsp cinammon2 cups milk (1%)4 eggs lightly beaten1.5 cups brown sugar,packed1.5 cups unsweetened applesauce
Directions
mix eggs, sugar, applesauce and milk together. Add oatmeal, salt and baking powder. mix all ingerdients together and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife comes out the center clean.
