Pasta Cabonara (includes pasta)

Ingredients
olive oil, butter, pancetta, eggs, milk, thyme, pasta, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Start pasta before you start sauce.
Heat oil and butter in frying pan until the mixture becomes frothy.
Add pancetta and cook 5 minutes.
Mix together eggs and milk in small bowl. Stir in thyme and season to taste with S&P.
Add the cooked drained pasta to pan along with egg mixture and cook over high heat for about 30 seconds or until the eggs just begin to cook and set.
Add half the grated parmesan cheese, stir to combine.
Transfer pasta to serving dish and top with rest of grated cheese.
