Ingredients
1/2-lb lean beef chopped into bitesize pieces1 large onion choppedOlive OilWater2 cans Tomato SauceSalt, Pepper,and Cumin (to taste)1-2 cups chopped parsley1/2 cup uncooked Orzo
Directions
In a large soup pot, brown onions in olive oil. Add beef and let cook until brown. Add water, spices, and tomato sauce. Let cook for minimum of 15 minutes. Add parsley and orzo, cook for another 5-7 minutes until orzo is cooked.
