Ingredients
Extra lean ground beef1 can Mexican-style canned tomatoes, drained1 can yellow corn, drained1 can hominy, drained1 can Bush's black beans, canned2 cups raw onion, chopped1 pack taco seasoning mix1 pack ranch dressing mix2 cans sliced black olives1 can chilis, chopped
Directions
Brown meat and drain. Place meat in crock pot, along with all the other ingredients, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 12 servings.
