Scrambled Egg Steak & Potato Skillet

Ingredients
10 Large eggs1 1/2 C. diced cooked potatoes3 oz. steak1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Heat pan over medium-high heat.
mix eggs in a medium-large bowl until fluffy.
When pan is hot, add about 1 Tbsp. olive oil to pan.
Add eggs to pan and cook until done.

Add diced potatoes and meat to pan. season to taste.

Serve in a warm tortilla with salsa
