Crock pot Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 large can diced tomatoesonions - to your liking2 stalks celery3 large carrots chopped1 can - mixed beans (NOT salad) or whatever beans you like1 can kernel corn3 - 5 cups beef broth or boullion (depends how thick you like your soup)Tomato sauce - optionalTaco season mix - to your own desired spice level
Directions
This makes about 10 servings..... not an exact recipe - really depends how much you want to add to it.

Brown ground beef, drain if necessary
Add onion & celery to beef and brown a little more
Put everything into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours (ish)

Again this recipe leaves TONS of room for creativity... :-) Enjoy!
