Marinated Green Beans

Ingredients
Fresh green beansFresh tomatoes, dicedOnion, slicedMinced garlicApple Cider or Rice VinegarWaterSplenda or honey
Directions
In a bowl or Ziploc big enough to cover all beans, add 1/3 vinegar to 2/3 water. Add garlic and sweetener and marinate in frig overnight or for a few hours.

Save a little of the vinegar mixture to add while cooking beans, onions and tomatoes in a Wok. Cook just until beans start to change color and soften.
