28.08 oz Braised Chops2 cups (dry) instant brown rice4 cups chicken broth22 oz. frozen broccoli w/red peppers
Brown chops in large fry pan using cooking spray.
While browning the chops, treat a baking dish with cooking spray, and put the broth into a pan to heat and precook the broccoli mixture. Spread the rice in the coated baking dish. When the broth is hot pour it over the rice. Lay the chops on top and spread the broccoli/red pepper mixture over the chops. Cover with foil and bake for 30 min. in a 350 degree oven.
Makes 4 servings at 640 calories each or 6 servings at 426.7 calories.
