Grilled Mahi Mahi with Italian Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette4 skinless halibut, mahi mahi or tilapia fillets1/4 teaspoon black pepper1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
Directions
Coat grid with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Place 2 tablespoons vinaigrette in small bowl; set aside. Brush remaining 2 tablespoons vinaigrette over fish. Sprinkle with pepper.

Place fish on grid. Cover; grill over medium hot coals 4 minutes per side or until fish is opaque in center.

Stir tomatoe and basil into reserved vinaigrette; mix well. Serve over fish.
