Ingredients
93% lean ground turkey93% lean ground beef1 can light red kidney beans1 c each, diced: onion, green pepper, carrots, cauliflower, celery2 cans tomatoes1 envelope chili mix1 bottle chili sauce
Directions
Brown turkey and beef, drain fat, Add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. The vegetables sort-of blend with the meat and the chili sauce gives it a sweet tangy taste. You could use all turkey if you wish. Makes about 12 1-cup servings. Separate into one cup containers, freeze. Makes a quick satisfying healthy lunch.

    This was wonderful. My husband and all the kids really enjoyed it. I love creative ways to use veggies so the kids don't get bored with the healthy stuff! My husband added Tabasco to his serving for an extra pop. - 2/7/11
