Ranch Potato Casserole

Ingredients
5lb potatoes, diced1 onion, chopped1/2 stick butter, cut into patssalt peppergreen pepper diced (optional)1/2 cup ranch dressing1/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Combine first set of ingredients in baking dish and bake for 60 min, then mix 2nd set of ingredients in and bake for additional 10 min or until cheese is melted.
