Creamed Potato & Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients
6 white potatoes4 baby carrots1 small to med. onion1 tsp. garlic4 c. red. sodium chicken broth1 c. water2 italian sausage linksSalt substitute and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 8 one cup servings.

Brown sausage; rinse and drain. Place all ingredients except milk in large stock pot. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer approx. 1 hour til vegetable are tender. Add milk, salt substitute and pepper.

Puree soup in processor to desired consistency.
