Sticky Rice (Laotion style)

Ingredients
4 cups Long Grain Sweet Rice 5 cups water
Directions
Put rice in a deep bowl. Cover rice with water. Soak rice for at least 3 hours(over night gives best results). Drain the rice, put into bamboo basket. In a large pot add 5 cups of water, bring to a rapid boil. Put bamboo basket into boiling water (making sure that the bottom of the basket does not touch the water). Cover the basket with a lid. Steam the rice for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. remove all rice and store in a bamboo covered basket. Any rice not eaten in a few hours can be frozen and re-steamed later.
