Tortilla pizzas

Ingredients
TortillaCanned chickenArtichoke hearts quarteredSpinachClassic spaghetti sauce of choiceFat free mozzarella cheeseFeta cheese
Directions
For each pizza, combine all ingredients except for the cheeses and pasta sauce in a saucepan and sauté over medium heat.

Spread pasta sauce on tortilla. Add toppings from saucepan. Cover with cheeses.

Bake in oven for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted, on 350. For extra crispy pizza - use broil setting.

    I like white sauce with my spinach pizza. I've used the alfredo white sauce made from tofu in the Tofu Fettuccini Alfredo spark recipe. I also toast/ my tortillas first. It think they have crunch and are easier to eat.
