Ingredients
1 c Quinoa1 c quick oats1 c steel cut oats4 apples diced6 c hot water2 c vanilla soy milk1/4 c maple syrup1 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp ground fresh ginger root
Directions
pour boiling water over dry ingredients
stir together
add soy milk, coconut oil and syrup
microwave for 5 minutes at a time until desired tenderness is reached
