Ingredients
2 cups Lehi Roller Mills Whole Grain Hotcake Mix1 eggs2 Tbsp. Canola Oil1/2 tsp. salt1 1/4 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Leave slightly lumpy. Cook in a hot pan. Turn when bubbles break.

Makes 9 pancakes using 1/3 cup batter for each.
