Quick and Easy Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cup frozen berries (raspberries for recipe)1/2 Cup old fashioned oats3 Egg whites1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly distributed.

Pour onto a nonstick griddle pan and cook for a few minutes (until lightly brown) on both sides.

Optional toppings (not included in recipe): Yogurt, fresh berries, granola.
