Thai Tofu Sandwich

Ingredients
1 4ounce piece of tofu1/2 teaspoon Siracha (Thai chili garlic sauce)1/4 sliced peeled avocado1/4 cup each cucumber slices, shredded carrots and fresh cilantroWhole grain roll
Directions
In a skillet coated with cooking spray heat 1 piece of tofu (4 oz) piece of tofu until golden - about 4 minutes each side; brush with 1/2 tsp of Siracha ( Thai chili garlic sauce). Place tofu, 1/4 sliced and peeled avocado, and a 1/4 cup of the cucumber, carrots and cilantro on a whole wheat roll and serve.
