Body Back Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients
2 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute1/4 cup chopped bell peppers1 oz lowfat jack cheese1 whole grain or low carb tortilla1/4 avacado, diced
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray nonstick pan with non-fat cooking spray and heat on medium heat. Scramble eggs. Place eggs, peppers and cheese in 1/2 of tortilla. FOld over and put in oven for 5 min or until cheese is melted. Top with avocado.
