Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1T ground flaxseed4 very ripe bananas3/4 c. all-purpose unbleached flour3/4 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. sugar2T butter, softened1t vanilla extract1t baking soda1/2 t baking powder1 egg2T applesauce1T cinnamon
Directions
Mash bananas in bowl.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
