Pasta Fagioli with Capicola Ham

1 tbsp olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced2 cans (14.5oz) 99% fat free Chicken broth2 cans (8oz) Tomato sauce1 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 lb Ditallini pasta4 carrots, peeled, and sliced into coins2 cans (15oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed1/4 lb Capicola Ham, diced1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in broth, 2 cups water, the tomato sauce and italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and carrots: simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in beans, capicola ham, salt, pepper. Heat through.
3. Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese (not included in calorie count)
