1 can of Salmon1 tbs fresh lemon juice1.5 tbs Dijon style mustard3/4 cups of quick oats1/2 cup of cooked onions1 whole egg & 1 egg whitesalt and pepper to taste

mix all ingredients and pan fry with minimal oil 3 mins on each side.
