Ingredients
1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced1/2 small white onion1 cup boullion1 8 oz. pkg fat free cream cheese1 can rotel, drained
Directions
steam butternut squash and then cook with onion, boullion and 1/4 tsp ground marjoram, bringing it to a simmer
remove from heat and puree mixture with cream cheese
add rotel and serve
