Aioli Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 or 2 cloves garlic1 egg2 tbsp lemon juiceSalt and pepper to taste1 cup olive oil1 cup Greek yogurt1 tbsp oregano
Directions
1. Combine garlic, egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender and blend.
2. Slowly add 1 cup olive oil to the blender while blending.
3. Add 1/2 to 1 cup Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon oregano.
