Ingredients
* Tuna, Solid White Albacore - Starkist drained, 3.2 oz (remove) * Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 1 tbs * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbs * Egg white, 1 * Tomato puree - 1 tbs * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1/2 tbsp * Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp * Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp * Ginger, ground, 1/8 tbsp * olive oil, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat pan over medium low and add olive oil.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and form into a patty. Fry 3-5 minutes on each side.
