Honey Nut Granola

4 cups rolled oats1 cup sliced almonds1 cup chopped pecans1 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup flaxseed1/2 wheat germ1 cup coconut3/4 cup applesauce1/3 cup brown sugar3/4 cup honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, stir all dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the large bowl of dry ingredients. Mix well.
5. Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
6. Spread mixture onto two baking sheets.
7. Bake in preheated oven, for 28 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing.
Makes 91 - 1 ounce servings.
