Papaya Salad (Laotion Style)

Ingredients
2 tbs sugar2 limes (juiced)3-4 cups green papaya, shredded2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp minced garlic 1 1/2 tbs fish sauce2 tsp shrimp sauce2 chili peppers (Thai/red chili peppers)1-2 cups cherry tomatoes sliced
Directions
Place the garlic cloves and the chilies in a grinding dish and mash until crushed into chunks. In a small bowl, add sugar, fish sauce, shrimp paste, lime, and chili garlic mixture, mix well Place the papaya, tomatoes and the sauce mixture in a large bowl and gently combine all ingredients. Serve cold.
