Fish bundles (salmon)

Ingredients
12 oz salmon1 c. diced tomatoes1/2 t garlic, chopped1/4 t. salt1/4 t. red pepper4-6 basil leaves1/8 c. white wine
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Rinse fish and pat dry. Tear 2 sheets of aluminum foil 12x10. Fold in half and lightly spray. Place fillet on right-hand side of foil. Top with garlic, salt, and red pepper. Add basil leaves and tomatoes. Pour 1T white wine on each fillet. Close foil tight. Bake 15-20 minutes.
