Gluten Free Corn Flake Bars

Directions
1/4 cup organic brown rice syrup1/4 cup sugar2 tbsp margarine2 cups Corn Flakes cereal1 cup craisins1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
In medium size saucepan, combine syrup, sugar and margarine. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal, raisins and seeds.
Press into 8" square pan coated with cooking spray. Let stand or chill until firm. Cut into 10 bars, wrap tightly and store at room temperature.
