Lighter Jiffy Spoon Bread Casserole

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 454 Sour cream, light 1.75 cup Creamed Corn 12 serving Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (dry) 3.50 serving Corn, canned no salt added .5 cup Butter, unsalted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*, spray 3 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Pour melted butter/margarine and corns into casserole dish. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs and stir into casserole along with muffin mix. Blend thoroughly. Bake 35-45 minutes or until center is firm.
