I've posted something very similar to this on several of my teams. I take SF,FF jello, add 1 cup boiling water, wire whip till dissolved. Add 2 ice cubes, stir till melted then wire whip yogurt in till smooth. Top with cool whip. You can eat the whole bowl for 150 calories or less! - 8/2/09

I have tried this with sugar free pudding (vanilla) and added bananas ! tastes like cream pie without the crust - 8/2/09

I make something similar but I use a carton of yogurt instead of the cold water when I am first making the gelatin. I either use the same flavor as the gelatin or I use plain or vanilla. If the amount of yogurt is less than the water called for I usually add the difference in cold water. - 8/2/09

This is very good and so easy to make. It sure satisfied my sweet tooth. My husband loved it too. He is a diabetic so has to watch his sugar and I have to watch my fat count. This was excellent for both of us. We loved it. - 8/2/09

taste's better than plain jello and you don't have to watch portion size as closely. Great recipe. Can't wait to try some other flavors. - 8/6/09

This is very good and helps with the sweet cravings. I use sugar free black cherry and throw in a half cup of frozen black cherry's . I also use Greek yogurt (less sugar, more protein. Top it with the sugar free Cool Whip. Yummm - 10/18/10
