Crazy Creamy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
12 mushrooms, whole2 oz. drained crabmeat1 tbsp celery, minced1 tbsp red pepper, minced1 wedge Laughing Cow Light cheese, any flavor1 tbsp fat free cream cheese1 tbsp fat free sour cream2 tsp fat free cheese flavor sprinkles (Molly mcButter)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Wipe mushrooms clean and dry, scooping out stem and inside. Place with rounded sides down in a baking dish sprayed lightly with Pam. Combine all other ingredients and stir until well blended. Evenly distribute in mushrooms. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until hot.

    Made these tonight. But used light sour cream and cream cheese. Also, added onion and the stems of the mushrooms. Instead of red pepper, I used roasted red pepper. I chopped stems really fine, add onion, and celery with 1 tbsp butter in pan and sauted until soft. Then combined everything. - 3/25/13
