Chicken Fingers w/a little kick

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut in half and then into 8 strips each1/2 c Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 TBSP garlic powder1/8 tsp cayenne pepperNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
Cut breasts in half and then into 8 "fingers"

In small mixing bowl combine bread crumbs and spices. Add chicken and mix thoroughly until the chicken is coated (it will only be sparely coated).

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken fingers on the sheet to keep contact to a minimum. Give a light spray of the cooking spray to the top of the fingers.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, turn the chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
