Tuscan Chicken with Beans

Ingredients
2 Chicken BreastsHalf Large Yellow Onion3 Cloves Garlic1 TBSP Dried Rosemary1 TSP PepperSalt to Taste2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes 1 Can Great Northern Beans1 Bunch Spinach
Directions
Makes 4 1.5-2 cup servings.

Saute Chicken with Onions, Garlic, Pepper and Rosemary for about 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is half cooked. Add tomatoes, beans and spinach. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. It can be served now as a thick soup or it can be simmered until the tomatoes thicken.
