Slow Cooked Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1. Brussel Sprouts, 330g2. Olive oil, 1 Tbsp3. Butter, unsalted, 20g4. Onions, finely chopped, 78g5. Chicken broth, low fat, low sodium, 0.5 cup6. Salt (optional)
Directions
Heat oil over high heat in a skillet. Add Brussel sprouts and brown all over by shaking the pan often. Season with salt to taste. Remove Brussel sprouts form pan, reduce heat to medium high and add butter to melt. Add onions and saute for a minute or 2. Add the sprouts back in, add the chicken broth, cover, reduce heat to medium low, and cook for 30 minutes or until sprouts are soft and tender.
