Ingredients
2 Large Onion, Chopped3 Container Low Sodium Chicken Broth (4 Cups)4 Cup carrots, coarse chopped4 cups diced potatoes1.5 cup dry lentils2 tbls olive oil2 cups sliced celery1.5 T Mrs Dash onion and herb1 t Redmond Natural Season Salt1/2 T Morton Lite Salt
Directions
cook Onions and celery in olive oil, then add other ingredients in large kettle. Bring to simmer, cook for 30 minutes.
